Duties and Responsibilities:A dietitian [1] is an expert in dietetics; that is, human nutrition and the regulation of diet. A dietitian advises people on what to eat in order to lead a healthy lifestyle or to achieve a specific health-related goal. Dietitians work in a variety of settings from clinical to community and public policy to media communications.






Salary: less than $34,500, and the top 10 percent earned more than $77,590.

Education: Bachelor's degree with course work approved by the Academy's Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics. Coursework typically includes food and nutrition sciences, foodservice systems management, business, economics, computer science, sociology, biochemistry, physiology, microbiology and chemistry.
Complete an accredited, supervised, experiential practice program at a health-care facility, community agency or foodservice corporation.


                         Reflection: I would not like to become one because it does not look as interesting as the jobs i'm looking for in my future but in my opinion it looks very satisfying to work their and who would not want to learn about fruit it also pays well but not as much as were i'm going for.
