Presidents Day

Presidents day is an American holiday celebrated on the third Monday in February, we celebrate it because we remember all those who served as President of the United States. We also celebrate it because were celebrating the births of our first president George Washington. Later when Abraham Lincoln died people had decided to honor him as well. What we can do to celebrate President’s Day is maybe reading a book or two about the presidents or watch a movie.

 

What I think about Presidents Day is that is great that we honor George Washington and Abraham Lincoln birthdays  It is also great that we get the day off on Monday because we get more time to celebrate our presidents
