I think this quote is saying that the only people who are good are the people who don't steal or lie or cheat on anything or anyone. You always have to do good to be a truly good person in life. It also is saying that just because you think its right, is it? just think about how the people who do good get good educations and becomes somebody so you always have to do good and that will make you a truly great person.
