Reflection: I feel that this quote means that to choose a career or a path that you love don't do it because of the money or the good riches it leads you to . Do it because your going to love that career. For example, if you pick a job that your not happy with but pays well don't choose that job choose something that your going to like and be successful with because that will be the greatest richest you'll ever need in life.
